What is YourPianoCover?

– YourPianoCover started as a YouTube-channel in October 2013 with the goal to make the popular songs easy to play on the piano while being fun and challenging. All arrangements are made by me – Holm, and can be watched performed on my youtube channel: www.youtube.com/yourpianocover

I didn’t get an email with the download link after I purchased a music sheet. What can I do?

– First check your spam-filter. It is possible that some email-programs could filter the email saying it might come from someone other than YourPianoCover (or 24pianopieces.com), but that is not the case. If you can’t find the email, then write to yourpianocover@gmail.com regarding your problem, and we will figure something out.

I forgot to type my delivery address on checkout, and now I paid for the physical book, but can’t tell you my address. What should I do?

– Thank you for purchasing the physical copy! If you forgot to type your address on checkout and already paid, you just need to send your address in an email to me from the email that paid for the book. My email is: yourpianocover@gmail.com

Where can I hear someone playing the piano sheets?

– Check the YouTube-channel: www.youtube.com/yourpianocover. I play all the covers from this site.
If you find any errrors on this site or in the sheet music please write it to yourpianocover@gmail.com and it will be fixed as soon as possible. Thanks!

There is/was a problem with purchasing piano sheet music. What do I do?

– Write your problem to yourpianocover@gmail.com and I will answer you as soon as possible.

I’m not sure I trust buying sheets from this site, what can I do?

– Send me an email and I might convince you otherwise. I have successfully sold thousands of sheets through this site and I now have an ongoing agreement with musicnotes.com, but this particular sheet music book is only available from this site using the very secure PayPal payment method.

I bought a physical copy of the book, but now I want a refund. What do I do?

– I’m very sorry to hear that you want a refund. First, send me an email (yourpianocover@gmail.com) with your problem. If the book is damaged in some way, you can send images showing this, and I will most likely resend a copy if I have any left. If you didn’t receive your book yet, please consider delivery times from Denmark, but don’t hesitate to write me an email. If neither of those apply, then I probably wont refund your purchase, since you already got the digital copy. By buying from this site you agreed to the Terms and Conditions, which states no refunds when buying items with digital content.

TIPS & TRICKS

When using piano sheets from YourPianoCover here is a few tips from Holm:

1- Have you purchased piano sheets with more than 2 pages? I often prefer to have all the pages visible when playing, so I print the sheets with 2 pages per 1 piece of paper.

2- If their are multiple verses and choruses that are very similar, then I would learn/teach my students only one verse and one chorus and use them throughout the song (even if it doesn’t match perfectly it is still recognizable and you are still able to play along the music)

3- Some piano covers have a fun and interesting chorus/theme but dull verses. In that case, I would only learn the chorus or theme and then move on to the next song. It is all about having fun when learning and playing, so don’t spend time on something that you either can’t make sound good or that bores you.

4- If you are having a hard time learning a specific piano cover try to split it up into small sections. It could be 1 bar, 2 bars or half a bar and focus on getting that to sound good with both hands. Then take the next section and focus on that, and afterwards combine the two sections. Keep doing that and you will have learned the song before you know :)

5- If you think that a specific piano cover is too difficult for you to learn, you should talk with your piano teacher and get her/him to simplify for example the left hand for you. Most songs can be simplified so even beginners can play them. If you don’t have a piano teacher, you could try to only play the root in the left hand on the one (or the root + fifth). That way you still get the sound of the song.
